Multidata Support is available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Taking a 3 year sample we are pleased that on average 80% of calls to our support team are answered within 30 seconds and the rest within 2 minutes. Where the issue is related to things we have control over, the average mean time to fix over the same period is less than one hour. Sometimes our support team have to deal with outside agencies and they will do that quite happily on your behalf to make the experience as pain free as possible.
